My name is Pedro R. Jané.  I’m an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rated Part 135 Charter Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor bouncing between Phoenix, Az and St. Petersburg Fl. I’m happy to help you achieve your aviation goals!  I am not currently taking new students, however I can definitely point you in the right direction in regards to great instructors and rental options.  When I am in Phoenix, I primarily offer substitute teaching, mock check rides, and discovery flights independently out of Deer Valley Airport with the Deer Valley Skyhawks flying club.

I started my aviation journey at kDVT (Deer Valley Airport) then finished my ratings out of kSDL (Scottsdale Airport) at Sierra Charlie Aviation which is one of the nations leading flight schools.

I was hired at Westwind Air Service flying Part 135 Grand Canyon Tours in the mighty Cessna Caravan for Westwind Air Service which really improved my decision making and stick and rudder skills. In addition to tours we did Charters to Mexico as well as supplemental cargo during the holidays. After Westwind, I continued my aerial tour career working for American Aviation in Page, Az. Now I am employed seasonally as a logistical support pilot doing Air Attack on contract for the US Forest Service and BLM supporting Aerial Wild land Firefighting efforts across the country.
